Yeah.....I was glad to see the follow up #2, because the last one I'd seen was the #1 and it didn't actually get around to looking at the old stuff until right at the end, and they ran short of time.

Dave from Idaho is good guy......I've also met with him on several occasions and been to his place. He is the real deal.


My personal experience with long term stuff I've opened was Walton food stuff was great after 10 years.....even things like dry milk if it was nitrogen packed. The WORST stuff I ever opened was some Sam Andy dehydrated stuff from the mid-90's......it was awful smelling and looking, but there was no O2 absorbers in them.....I suspect they simply dumped the stuff in cans and that was it.
